Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you create an account, we collect the information your login provider gives us (name and email address via Google OAuth, or the email address and password you provide directly). If you use the hosted subscription tier, we also store the business data you or your organization enters into Milo — client records, jobs, schedules, time entries, invoices, and related operational data — and messages sent through the Discord bot integration, to the extent needed to operate that integration (for example, your Discord user ID and the server/guild ID your organization has linked).
2. How we use it
We use this information to operate the service: to authenticate you, to run the CRM functionality your organization uses, to process payments through Stripe, and to operate the shared Discord bot for subscription-tier customers. We do not sell your data.
3. Third parties we share data with
- Supabase — hosting for authentication and application data.
- Stripe — payment processing for one-time and subscription purchases.
- Anthropic — powers the AI features you interact with, including the Discord bot's conversational responses.
- Discord — required to operate the optional Discord bot integration for subscription-tier customers.
4. Self-hosted deployments
If you run Milo self-hosted (free or one-time-fee tiers), your organization's operational data lives in infrastructure and accounts you control, not ours. This policy covers the account you create with us to access downloads and licensing, not data inside a self-hosted deployment.
5. Data retention
We retain account and hosted-tier operational data for as long as your account or subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal or operational purposes.
6. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us using the address on our Pricing page.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Milo after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
